Coffee Kiosk and Gift Shop, duties include:
• Sales
• Preparation of coffee & tea
• Cash handling
• Providing friendly and efficient service to our patients, physicians, staff, volunteers and visitors

• Organizing and selling (supplied) refreshments
• Checking tickets (electronic and print)
• Seating patrons
• Distributing programmes to patrons
• Tidying lobby and theatre / wiping down washrooms, prior to performance
• Selling 50/50 tickets prior to performance

The Clothes Line is largely operated by an incredible team of dedicated volunteers. 
They perform a wide range of duties including: 
Sorting and Pricing Donations 
Organizing and Displaying Merchandise 
Designing Window Displays  
Assisting Customers

Visitor Services: Greeting visitors and providing general knowledge to patrons regarding exhibitions and programs. Performing sales transactions using the Smart Vendor Point of Sale program.
 

Volunteers would be responsible for stocking shelves, cleaning the store, re-organizing items, aseembling product, and assisting customers. Volunteers who are interested should visit the website to register to volunteer. 
 
Volunteers must wear certified safety shoes, be capable of lifting up to 25lbs, able to stand for extended periods of time and be comfortable with 2-3 step instruction.

Welcomes donors to hospitality area of clinic

• offer refreshments
• give information and updates to donors
• answer questions, thank donors and give milestone donor recognition items
• observe donors and watch for adverse reactions
• keep hospitality area in good order
