| Description (Service) | Phoenix Centre & Peer Support Drop-In Centre in Stratford. Offering support in a 1-1 setting with peer support trained staff or trained volunteer for individuals with mental health and/or substance use. There are several mental health and addiction related peer support groups. As well, there are also some leisure activities, events, workshops and outings for individuals 16 and up with mental health or addiction issues. |
