Description (Service) Volunteer-run nonprofit promotes environmental stewardship practices in Dufferin and Simcoe Counties.

Works to recognize and influence community involvement in responsible land and resource stewardship by:
  • improving relationships and coordination among existing agencies and associations
  • representing the scope of community interest and geography
  • facilitating community access to information and resources
  • creating a forum that encourages the expression of opinions and ideas
  • promoting an understanding of and appreciation for good stewardship practices through education and awareness and contributing to initiatives that are consistent with this ethic
