Description and Service Details
Description (Service) | This program assists aboriginal families to provide the best opportunities for healthy child development through home visits, service coordination, referrals to other service providers and a variety of participatory activities for parents and caregivers together with their children. Also coordinates the Baby Needs Depot which provides emergency supplies of formula, baby food and diapers at no cost to families in need. |
