| Description (Service) | A reconstruction of the 17th century headquarters of the French Jesuit mission to the Huron-Wendat people; the first European community in Ontario and home to North American Jesuit martyrs. * Costumed interpreters on site recreate both French and Indigenous lifestyles * Costumed interpreters available by appointment to assist large groups * Specially designed education programs available. * Facility includes a full service restaurant, Conference and Event Centre, Fat Bike Rentals, Multi-language tour wands, gift shop, multi-media museum and picnic area. First Light Festival end of November, see website above for specific dates and information on all annual events. |
