Description (Service)

Medical and non-medical home care for seniors helping them to maintain their independence, services include:

  • Nurse Directed Care - Care Pros train with a nurse to help with more advanced care, like giving medication and helping with oxygen
  • Meal prep and Home Helper - preparation of nutritious meals, medication reminders, laundry, change bed linens, make bed and light housekeeping
  • Transportation - Rides to doctor appointments, prescription pickup, grocery shopping and more. For clients only
  • Hospice Support - Comfort for your loved one and respite for family members
  • medication reminders
  • light housekeeping
  • assistance with morning wake up and evening tuck-in
  • recreational activities
  • care for dementia and Alzheimer's disease
  • periodic quality assurance visits to the home and reviews with family members
  • personal care services include assistance with:
    • eating
    • grooming

    • incontinence
    • cognitive impairment
    • mobility

Minimum of 2 hrs per visit and 10 hours per week
