Description (Service)	Professional counselling and psychotherapy services: in-person and virtual counselling sessions for individuals, couples and families no-cost single-session counselling for people experiencing issues such as: family conflict, stress, grief, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, separation, divorce or abuse clinicians may recommend/refer clinic clients for/to additional sessions, other CFS programs, or external community partners as require Partner agency of Support Services for Male Abuse Survivors of Sexual Abuse - Central Region offers support services and short-term counselling to help survivors deal with the impact of abuse and to develop improved coping strategies

Eligibility	Individuals 25 yrs and older, couples and families living or working in Simcoe Muskoka Children under 12 years are welcome in family counselling sessions with the written permission of legal guardians Nondenominational Support Services for Male Survivors: Individuals 16 years and older who identify as male or non-binary, and have experienced historical sexual abuse or who are a victim of recent sexual assault must be an Ontario resident families of the survivor may also be eligible for service
