Description (Service)

YouthCALL is the front door for mental health and wellbeing services for local youth aged 12-25 year old, services include:

  • Events, drop-ins and social connections (see Instagram for up-to-date scheduling)
  • Counselling (virtual & in-person) - Walk-in Counselling (Wednesdays 12 noon-8pm in Barrie; Thursdays 11am-7pm in Innisfil Public Library, Lakeshore Branch) and otherwise by appt, for online booking see website
  • Skill-building Groups
  • Wellbeing Workshops
  • Referrals to community programs/services

This is not a crisis service

Phone/text is live-answered/monitored: Mon-Tue 9am-5pm * Wed 12 noon-8 pm * Thu 9am-7pm * Fri 9am-5pm
