Description and Service Details

Description (Service) Works alongside culturally deaf, oral deaf, deafened and hard of hearing people of all ages, their families, and the community throughout the region to increase access to local recreational, educational, employment, developmental, habilitation and social opportunities through direct service provision, advocacy, support and sharing of information

Services can be provided in person, virtually or a combination of both

Programs include:
  • Sign Language Interpreting Services
  • ASL Community Classes
  • Community Support Services - including wellness checks, virtual and in-person visits
  • Employment Services
  • Advocacy and Accessibility Education
  • Information/Resources and Referral Service
