Description (Service) IIn-home visiting provided by trained volunteers who address the social, emotional, spiritual and practical needs of both people with a life-limiting illness and their family members

Examples of support include:
  • Care for the caregiver
  • Support with legacy work/activities
  • Social, emotional companionship
  • Working together on hobbies and interests
