Description (Service)

Assist with patient and family concerns related to the delivery of care at the health centre

  • help patients and their families navigate through the current health care system and work to resolve disputes between patients, families, and health centre personnel
  • ensures that patients' Rights and Responsibilities are maintained
  • answers health related inquiries and directs patients on how to access appropriate services
