Life skills coaching and empowerment programs for neurodivergent young people to gain independence, connect to their community and rise to their fullest potential

  • support and empower young people as they begin or continue their transition to adulthood
  • 1:1 Life Skills Coaching & small group programs
  • Virtual or in person coaching available
  • Goal areas can include: social skills, community transportation and safety skills, kitchen safety and cooking skills, emotional regulation, executive functioning skills (organizing, planning, following routines, etc.), pre-employment skills (resume writing, interview skills, etc.), social skills, domestic skills
