Description (Service) Non-emergency transportation for those in need, such as older adults and adults with disabilities in the community, who are unable to use public transportation or private means
  • Medical and essential travel - will drive to areas such as the GTA for medical appointments
  • Local and Long distance rides
  • Transportation to social gatherings and shopping, as resources allow
  • Wheelchair accessible vehicles available
  • Member of the CT Link, Community Transportation Link
    Hours Office hours Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm, program hours vary
    Areas Served Bracebridge ; Gravenhurst ; Muskoka District ; Simcoe County ; P0E 1G0 ; P0E 0A1 ; P0C 1A0 ; P0C 0A2 ; L0K 1S0 ; L0K 0B2 ; Muskoka District - only southern part. i.e.: Bracebridge, Gravenhurst, Kilworthy, Bala, Port Severn ; Simcoe County - parts of, excluding Orillia ; Grey County - small part of. Other agencies cover areas not serviced. Call Red Cross to confirm which agency serves a specific address.

    • Older adults and adults with disabilities who cannot access public transportation
    • Age Requirements: 18 year(s) and up. Each client under the age of 65 is evaluated on a case by case basis
    • Residency Requirements: must be residents of South Muskoka or Simcoe County north of HWY 89, excluding Orillia residents
