Description (Service) Culturally appropriate services for Indigenous people with long term illnesses, disabilities and the frail elderly, to help them remain independent in their own homes for as long as possible

    • day programs/group activities such as shopping excursions
    • home visits
    • rides to medical appointments
    • light housekeeping
