Description (Service) Language instruction for newcomers to Canada including reading, writing, listening and speaking skills
  • free childcare for children aged 6 months to 4 years for those registered in the program levels 1 through 6

  • Due to funding restrictions English Language Classes are offered to permanent residents and convention refugees only
