Description and Service Details

Description (Service) Guild is active in the community, demonstrating at fairs and cultural events
  • Meetings include guest lecturers, shopping at the sale and trade tables, on-going fibre exchange, workshops and show and tell
  • Has a lending library of books, albums, videos, magazines, cassettes and equipment (includes drum carders, stationary carder, hand cards, wool combs and drop spindles)
Hours Meetings: fourth Sat of every month 11am, except Dec, call to confirm meeting date and time

Eligibility No restrictions. Anyone interested in textile and hand spinning
All levels of interest and spinning expertise, Beginners welcome and will have mentors
