  • computer access to International Genealogical Index for Canada, US and Great Britain, Germany, Spain, France, Netherlands, Yugoslavia, and Denmark as well as on CD-ROM
  • have 2000 version of the Family Search Compact Disk collection including Scottish Church Records on CD-ROM, 1880 United States Census on CD-ROM, 1881 British Census on CD-ROM, 1881 Canadian Census on CD-ROM and Acadia-Cajun Family Trees
  • have Vital Record Index for Western Europe (Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, Netherlands, France, Germany, Italy and Spain), Scandinavia, British Isles and Australian Vital Records on CD-ROM

Beginner Training Sessions available

  • Classes are available in person at the Center or via Zoom
  • six sessions beginning with creating your own free FamilySearch account, which culminates with a four generation fan chart suitable for framing

Family Search Presentations

  • featuring a variety of topics, including (but not limited to), an introduction to Family Search, basic research tips, merging documents and other genealogical topics as requested, if possible

  • Attend team meetings via zoom on a monthly basis for ongoing training
