Description (Service)

Ministry funded community participation and accommodation supports for individuals with an intellectual disability who are deemed eligible for services through Developmental Services Ontario.

The adult accommodations program provides support in a number of aspects of daily living such as:

  • community access
  • health - physiotherapy, behvioural and psychiatric support
  • home
  • food
  • financial management

The people supported, in co-ordination with their support teams consisting of the program manager, staff, family and significant others work together to achieve identified goals.

Eligibility
  • Individuals with an intellectual disability
  • Adults must be eligible for services through Developmental Services Ontario for Ministry funded programs
  • Fee for service programs are accessed directly through CLASS admissions process
  • Youth programs are available for those individuals accepted through intake
