| Description (Service) | Ministry funded community participation and accommodation supports for individuals with an intellectual disability who are deemed eligible for services through Developmental Services Ontario. The adult accommodations program provides support in a number of aspects of daily living such as:
The people supported, in co-ordination with their support teams consisting of the program manager, staff, family and significant others work together to achieve identified goals.
