| Description (Service) | Provides free assistance and information to those in the community with housing inquiries in the South Simcoe area. Services include: Assistance accessing emergency funds for utility arrears with the Low-income Energy Assistance Program and the Ontario Electricity Support Program * assistance accessing rent subsidies through the county * assistance accessing Emergency Supportive Services for people experiencing or at risk of experiencing homelessness * Landlord/tenant mediation * Referrals to community resources * Housing First Case Management * Emergency Hotel Voucher program * listings for housing availability in the South Simcoe region |
