Description and Service Details

Description (Service) A no-kill Humane Society striving for 100% adoption rate. The organization is a local, independent, volunteer run organization that ensures loving refuge for stray and unwanted animals, prioritizing the abused or neglected. The animal shelter, volunteers and foster homes provide care until each animal is placed in a permanent home.

  • intake of abused, surrendered or abandoned animals
  • medical care and shelter
  • foster homes for animals
  • wildlife assistance
  • lost and found reporting service
  • pound services to Essa, Clearview and Adjala Tosorontio.

Hours Mon-Sat 9 am-4 pm. Appointment is required for a tour or to see animals for adoption.
Open houses are held on the last Sun of the month 1 pm-4 pm. Tours are available and animals for adoption can be seen at that time or by private appointment.
