| Description | Our Mission: to provide volunteer bereavement support services to families and individuals grieving the death of a loved one. Bereaved Families - York Region (BFOYR) provides a variety of programs and services including one on one support, bereavement resource library, referrals, community awareness, presentations and support groups. We provide support for all losses: child loss, spousal loss, infant loss, adult loss, childrens bereavement support, Missing Pieces, and sudden/tragic loss.
BFOYR's mandate is to ensure that every individual grieving the loss of a loved one has access to caring and compassionate support. Together we help healing begin. |
