Description	This organization provides emergency shelter for the homeless individuals and families.    * Leeder Place Family Shelter  * Porter Place Men's Shelter  * York Region Youth Shelter (male youth 16-26 )     * Community Housing Support Program which helps shelter resident's find, get and keep permanent housing.
