Description	This program is a 5 week, 2 hours per week, education program for anyone with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), including emphysema, chronic bronchitis, or asthma * topics include lung disease and medication, breathing control, exercise, nutrition, stress management and relaxation techniques * spouses and caregivers are encouraged to attend
