| Description | A group program running 5 days per week which offers assessment, stabilization, community referral and follow-up for individuals with a diagnosis of serious mental illness * variety of groups offered including stress and anxiety management, problem solving and communication, network building, concurrent disorders, smoking cessation * length of this program varies from six to eight weeks * individual counselling as needed * family/social support counselling when needed |
